Dave is our director of operations
He oversees all of our services to make sure they run smoothly. Dave has an influence on all stages from dealing with the booking to ensuring the perfect driver for the specific client is put on the job.
Dave has been in the chauffeuring industry for all of his working life in various different roles. Due to this he knows the industry inside out and can help you deal with any specifics regarding your time with us.

Diane Keen

Diane is our specialist booking agent.

She has had many years experience working in our offices dealing with all forms of bookings and queries. Due to her brilliant customer services skills Diane has built a great rapport with many of our existing clients.

Charlie is our operations & driver liaison manager
He has been working in this industry for over 30 years in different roles. Charlie started his career as a courier, this leaves him ideally placed to liaise with our drivers as he has been in there position.
He joined us at Crawfords in 2005 and has since become an integral part of our team ensuring there is a good relationship between our drivers and our office staff.
He is also responsible for hiring chauffeurs and making sure they are of the high quality we expect here at Crawfords.

Darren is our Sales Director
He has been working within the private hire industry for over twenty years. He is responsible for generating new business and for ensuring all our customers get a personal service. After setting up his own hire company to suit the needs of the media industry Darren joined Crawfords over ten years ago now looks after many of our corporate accounts.

Mark Hyde is our Fleet Manager.
He has been in the motor trade for over 25 years and been with Crawfords for the last 7 years.
His duties include making sure our fleet of chauffeur and courier vehicles are kept on the road, fully licensed and in top condition for our passengers.
Mark also insures our fleet is fully insured and identifies when our cars are too old to be used as chauffeuring vehicles and sells them on.

We have a number of controllers who all work various shifts; they all have expertise in many aspects including: driver liaison, man management skills, knowledge of London roads and many more.
All of our controllers have been in the chauffeuring industry for over 20 years giving them experience in all kinds of situations.
